Villa Mainenti is a beautiful ground floor house in the small place Tican, near Visnjan, beautiful town located on the wider Porec area, where can be found all the necessary facilities for a carefree holiday - shop, ATM, pizzeria, typical tavern, numerous wine roads, ambulance, bakery and more. The house is situated on the 1200 sqm large property on which the guests have at their disposal swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a children's playground. The particularity of this house is its closeness to the famous Visnjan's observatory (visible from the pool area) which is responsible for numerous discoveries of the celestial planets. Friendly and discreet owners live in the next house and stay at the guests’ disposal. Holiday home for 4-6 persons, with the total living area of 100 sqm, fully air-conditioned. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and two persons sleeping couch (for children), two double bedrooms with double bed and two shower/toilets. The pet supplement will be charged per pet per day.

Im August 2023 haben wir eine Woche mit unseren beiden Söhnen in der Villa Mainenti verbracht. Das Anwesen (der Garten mit Schaukel und Trampolin, die Sommerküche, der Aussenbereich vor dem Haus etc.) und der Pool waren großartig und alles war sehr gepflegt. Auch die Villa und vorallem die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Mainenti und die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden :-)!
