Villa San Niccolo is an old istrian house located in the small village of Saint Nikola, about 6 km from Umag and the beaches away. The house was built in 1910 and fully renovated in 2010. It lies on an enclosed family property of 1600 sqm where there are two more houses and in one live the house owners. On well-maintained garden only the guests of the villa have on their disposal a swimming pool of 47 sqm, green covered terrace with sitting set, one parking space and another one on the driveway in front of the house.
