The apartments Mario are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of a newly built detached house (2007) in the village Valkarin approx. 6 km from Porec and its beaches. On the 2000 sqm large garden there's a parking place and barbecue for the guests of the apartments. Next to the enclosed garden of the house passes a bike road which connects Valkarin with Porec (3 km). Apartment Mario on the 1st floor for 4-5 people, with a living area of 60 sqm. It consists of an air-conditioned kitchen with dining area and living room, all in the same space, shower/toilet, one double bedroom with double bed, one double bedroom with single beds (in one of the bedrooms is possible to put an additional bed), terrace with sitting furniture. From the apartment there's a lovely panoramic view on the surrounding fields with vineyards and olive trees.
