The holiday home was built in 2017 as a semi-detached house, the other half is also intended for renting. Each half has its own enclosed property and private swimming pool of 24 sqm, sun chairs and parasol, covered terrace with fireplace and dining table, parking for two cars.
Villa Rosalia for 6-7 persons of 134 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with sleeping sofa for one person and exit to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6 persons. There is also an air-conditioned double room with shower/toilet and a separate toilet. The ground floor is suitable for persons with reduced mobility. On the first floor are two air-conditioned double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet and exit to the common balcony with sitting furniture.
