Villa ViN is a renovated autochthonous Istrian stone house in the heart of a small village near Poreč. With its authentic location, it offers guests a peaceful environment and an intimate atmosphere. The house was renovated in 2023 in a modern style. In the fully fenced property, guests have at their disposal a parking space, an outdoor pool, sun loungers, a summer kitchen with a fireplace, dining table and chairs, a fridge for drinks and a ceiling ventilator. Villa ViN for 4-6 people on two floors consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and two double bedrooms, each with a TV, a safe and a private bathroom on the first floor.

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Istrien. Das Haus mir Pool & gemauertem Grill ist einfach großartig, so dass man sich fast schwertut sich wegzubewegen. Die Unterstützung vor Ort war perfekt & pragmatisch. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemschmackvoll & liebevoll eingerichtet - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig (das ist eben Geschmacksache), fussläufig kann man ein tolles Restaurant erreichen und an den Stränden (15 Minuten mit dem Auto) hatten wir immer problemlos eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Rundum empfehlenswert - viel Spass allen & besten Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter und den tollen Support vor Ort.
