Villa Melon is a newly built modern holiday home with pool for 10 persons, located in a small village Kirmenjak near Porec.
This luxury villa offers guests a 36 sqm swimming pool, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table, 10 sun loungers, 3 parking spaces, a wellness area with a whirlpool and a sauna. Kirmenjak is only a few minutes drive from restaurants, stores and cafes and the nearest beach is in the town of Porec.
Villa Melon with a total area of 360 sqm is spread over two floors. The first floor has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. On the second floor of the house there are three double bedrooms and one room with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned.

unser einwöchiger Urlaub in der Villa Melon war wunderschön, einziger Wermutstropfen war der Baulärm vom gegenüberliegenden Neubau, der aber mit unserer Abreise beendet war. Jederzeit gerne wieder - ein tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern
