The Villa Karolina are in fact two old terraced Istrian houses, which were completely renovated in the year 2008 and furnished with rustical and attractive furniture. The house is an ideal facility for two or three families with children who like a higher level of comfort in the idyllic rural surroundings, on the other hand, they are not more than 10 minutes from the beach and the city centre. Located in a peaceful area on the edge of the village, the house has an enclosed garden of 700 sqm with private pool of 32 sqm, barbecue and a covered terrace with table and wooden benches. The owner of the house does not live on the property. Renovated stone house with a total living area of 200 sqm. The house consists of two separate air-conditioned accommodation units on two floors. Each of the units on the first floor has a living area with kitchen, dining table, sitting set and a separate toilet, while on the second floor (top floor) has two bedrooms, one double with a terrace overlooking the pool and the one triple bedroom, shower/toilet. On the ground floor at guests` disposal is an air-conditioned tavern with a large open fireplace for barbecuing, equipped kitchen, large dining table for 10 people and a separate toilet. Youth groups are strictly forbidden!

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Toller Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Wasserwerte werden streng kontrolliert. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die sich persönlich um alles kümmern und jede Frage gerne beantworten. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We managed to book this property just in the nick of time - it is spacious, luxurious in a rustic way, very clean and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Its located away from the busy coastal towns but close enough to quickly get to the beach by car. Both the agency staff as well as the owners are lovely and we would definitely look to book again if visiting this part of Istria! Thank you!
