Villa Elena Porec is a modern holiday home with 3 bedrooms only 3 km from the sea. High standard criteria were fulfilled while building the house. The windows have mosquito nets, there is a water purification system, underfloor heating and cooling and an alarm system. On enclosed, well-kept property the guests have a swimming pool of 25 sqm, sitting set, sun chairs, a covered summer kitchen and 2 parking spaces on disposal. The house lies next to a bicycle route and within 300 m there is a bakery and a children's playground. Villa Elena Porec for 6-7 people consists of a living room with sitting set and fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with its own bathroom - all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom and exit to a shared balcony. The larger room on the upper floor has a balcony with sea view.

Ausstattung: Beim Griller wäre ein Anzündkamin sehr von Vorteil. Ohne Fön hätten wir kein Feuer (Glut) geschafft. Lage: Einkaufzentren, Restaurants sind ziemlich in der Nähe jedoch ein bisschen zu weit ohne Auto... Von hintere Terrasse im 1 Stock kann man aber trotz Entfernung das Meer sehen...

We hebben een mooi verblijf gehad in Villa Elena. Bij aankomst werden we welkom geheten door de vriendelijke eigenaresse en kregen meteen een rondleiding. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en was erg netjes onderhouden. In de omgeving zijn leuke activiteiten om te ondernemen en in het centrum Porec is altijd wel een leuk plekje om wat te eten en drinken. Meerdere grote supermarkten zijn op nog geen 5 minuten rijden te vinden. Al met al waren wij zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in Villa Elena.
