Description
The Villa Fuškulina was built in 2022 in a modern style, has 300 m2 of living space, is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. The wonderful 300 m² of living space guarantee an intimate and luxurious experience.
The villa is endowed with plenty of natural light due to the large windows that allow you to enjoy the sea views from every room.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV. If necessary, the sofa can serve as an extra bed for a maximum of two people.
Next to it there is a dining room with a dining table for ten people. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family.
On this level there is also a bedroom with bathroom and bath, as well as an extra toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which is accessible from the hallway.
There is also a room for sports activities and a sauna for a complete experience.
On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms with bathrooms en suite with showers that have a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea while sipping your morning coffee.
In all rooms are airconditioning and floor heating.
At the pool area there are 10 sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table, next to which is an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. It is an ideal opportunity to prepare traditional meat or fish dishes.

Group of young people are not allowed.
The small village of Fuskulin near Porec and is an ideal choice for a quiet holiday in an idyllic Istrian environment. Nearby there are numerous marked cycling trails linking the historic and picturesque Istrian towns and the new Aquacoloros Aquatic Park. In just 5 minutes by car, you will reach many beaches, natural parks and resorts. (Green Laguna, Plava Laguna and Funtana)
