Villa Rotonda is set in Central Istria, only a few kilometres from Pazin, the capital of Istria. The central location allows to the guests to get to the furthest points of Istria in only about 30 minutes’ drive. The house lies in the place Lindar and on enclosed property it offers a large swimming pool, covered summer kitchen with fireplace, a garage and a playground. Close to the house there is a pizzeria and a cafe, the nearest shop is in Pazin, about 2,5 km distant. Villa Rotonda consists of three separate units, every one of them with a separate entrance: two apartments and a bedroom, the house is rented out as a unit. One apartment, with entrance from the swimming pool area, has on the ground floor a living room with sleeping couch for two kids, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom, one bedroom is upstairs. The entrance for the separate bedroom with en suite bathroom is also from the swimming pool area. The other apartment with entrance on the upper floor consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom.

Beautifully located villa suitable for several families. Lovely outdoor kitchen where we cooked every evening. Very friendly host couple who gave us more firewood during the week. Super good pizza next door at Rotonda Lindar. Beautiful views and vineyards in the village. We went zip-lining in Pazin, wine tasting at Andelini and went with a rental car to both the west and east coasts for swimming and excursions. The villa is located a bit on the outskirts, so a rental car is recommended.

Die Villa Rotonda hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, also alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt!
