Villas Asteria and Aurea are completely renovated and carefully refurnished ground floor houses located in Labin, in the quiet part of the city, surrounded only with a few family houses. Famous tourist resort Rabac is at only 6km, and for those who prefer a little escape we suggest beach in Prtlog or bay Remac, also only 6 km from the houses. Each house extends on completely enclosed property of 850 sqm with a swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered lounge area with barbecue, covered terrace with outdoor dining table for 6 persons, 4 sun beds, 2 sun umbrellas, trampoline and 2 parking spaces. Holiday home Asteria on 60 sqm has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV, a bedroom with double bed (180x200), a shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), extra bed (sofa bed, 80x200), smart TV and a separate toilet. From the living room and the bedroom with two single beds there is exit to the swimming pool. The house is fully air conditioned.

Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Verwalter, nur über WhatsApp und die Nachbarin bzw. Hilfsperson. Kein Sat-TV, obwohl in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben. Die Einstellung von deutschen Sendern über pay-TV war schwierig und verspätet. Erste Woche sehr laute Nachbarn in Villa Aurelia. Bettschoner im Doppelbett war nicht sauber.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohlgefühlt. Es war das beste Ferienhaus, das wir bislang in Kroatien hatten. Auch der Pool war cool. Vielen Dank
