Villa Anica is a luxurious country villa with swimming pool located in a peaceful area of a small village Markoci, distant only 7.7 km from the picturesque town Labin and 11.5 km from Rabac and its beautiful sandy beaches. The whole house is built in stone in traditional Istrian architecture and it was completely renovated in 2016 in an extremely comfortable and luxuriously furnished holiday house with two bedrooms. Villa Anica is situated on a large, fully enclosed property of 1100 sqm with private swimming pool of 32 sqm, cozy outdoor kitchen, a large terrace with table and chairs by the swimming pool, swings and a slide for children, a separate toilet and parking for several vehicles. Villa Anica is a groundfloor house for 4 persons with a total living area of 150 sqm. It consists of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with leather furniture and a large window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, one double bedroom with two separate beds, SAT TV and private shower/toilet, one double bedroom with SAT TV, private shower/toilet and terrace, one separate toilet in the corridor.

Geweldig mooie villa zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, matrassen en sanitair. Zeer ruim waarbij iedereen een eigen plekje kan opzoeken mocht dat gewenst zijn. Alles super netjes en hygiënisch schoon zowel buiten als binnen. Heerlijk zwembad. De hostess is zeer attent en aardig. Bij aankomst lag er al iets te drinken in de koelkast en vers fruit in de fruitmand. Kortom echt een aanrader. Het ligt in een afgelegen dorpje maar daardoor wel heel rustig. De winkels in Labin liggen op ongeveer 12 minuten rijden met de auto. Wat ons betreft zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren insgesamt 2 Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Anica. Die Vermieterin, die liebe Anamarija (spricht sehr gut deutsch), war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns über WhatsApp erreichbar. Beim freundlichen Empfang erwarteten uns gekühlte Getränke, frisches Obst und Blumen. Wir bekamen sogar Kuchen und an meinem Geburtstag gab es leckeren Cheescake 🙂 Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt und die Blumen gegossen. Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet und es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom trubel, aber in 10 Minuten ist man in Labin und in 15-20 Minuten an den schönen Stränden in Rabac. Liebe Anamarija, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub 🙂 🙂
