The Birdhouse Villa is a modern and luxurious holiday home on the edge of the residential area of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec. Only 2-3 minutes drive there are all the main facilities, such as grocery shop (only 300 meters from the house), typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebbly beaches and various sports activities are in the resort Lanterna 9 km away. On an enclosed property of 900 sqm at guest's disposal there is a saltwater swimming pool of 40 sqm, a covered terrace with dining table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, a separate toilet next to the pool and several parking spaces. The Birdhouse Villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 380 sqm living space on two air-conditioned floors. The rooms in the house are very spacious so that only the living area is 75 sqm big, and to the feeling of comfort and spaciousness also contribute the 3m high ceiling and 2,4m high inside doors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table with designer Ghost chairs and three sofas, two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet, one of them with bathtub in the room, a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and exit to the terrace.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit guter moderner gepflegter Ausstattung.der Pool war sehr sauberLage ist sehr ruhig war sehr angenehm. Herzliche und freundliche Begrüßung Wir haben uns sehr erholt und hatten viel spass und freude. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Schöne Villa am Rand von Labinci, sehr ruhig gelegen. Was in der Beschreibung der Villa fehlt, ist das die neue Straße vorm Haus kein Hauptverkehrsweg ist, das ist nur ein Rundweg für die Anlieger, somit absolut ruhig. Ebenso könnte man erwähnen das von der oberen Etage sich ein herrlicher Blick zum Meer bietet. Fußläufig sind 2 sehr gute Kneipen erreichbar Restaurant Zardin und Restaurant Toni. Das Restaurant Intrade kann ich nicht empfehlen. Des Weiteren gibt es noch einen echten Geheimtipp in 6 Km entfernten Tar das "Stancija Spin" urige einheimische spitzen Kneipe. Mein Dank geht noch an den Geschäftsführer von Istria Home Herrn Sabic und den Hauseigentümer die sich sehr unkompliziert um alles gekümmert haben. Absolut unkomplizierte an und abreiße! Ich komme auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Urlaub wieder auf Sie zu Herrn Sabic. Mfg Stephan
