A unique stone house for two people. The house has been renovated as a romantic oasis with a touch of the past. Villa Bolara is set on a large property, on the slope of a hill above the river and with beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The idyllic landscape, the olive trees, the shadow of the centuries-old oaks and the view of the vineyards take your breath away. The authentic elements such as the massive stone walls, the voltes, the inside fireplace and the wooden beams were retained during the adaptation. On well-kept property besides the swimming pool, there are also several corners to enjoy the day in the sun or in the shade with a book and a glass of wine. Villa Bolara has on the ground floor a living room, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and separate toilet. On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony with panoramic view.

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und es war gleich ein Volltreffer. Das Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Hier kann man in Abgeschiedenheit richtig entspannen, ist aber auch schnell in Städten wie Novigrad, Umag oder Porec und auch bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umland. Vielen Dank an Ervin und Lina, wir fühlten uns bei Euch in guten Händen und kommen gern wieder. Michaela und Lars aus Erfurt
